These terms govern your use of the Krikeya platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on Krikeya, you agree to everything set out below.

One Account Per Person

Krikeya is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately.

Deposits Are Final

Once a deposit is confirmed on Krikeya, it cannot be reversed. Withdrawals are processed according to the payment method used and are subject to verification checks.

Bonus Terms Apply

All bonuses and promotions on Krikeya come with wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions have been fully met.

No Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt to exploit bugs, use bots, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Terms May Be Updated

Krikeya may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. Check this page regularly for changes.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Krikeya ("the Platform"). By accessing the Krikeya website at krikeya.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Krikeya platform. Continued use of Krikeya after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Krikeya recommends that all players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Important: These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment transactions, and communications on the Krikeya platform. They apply equally whether you access Krikeya via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Krikeya app.

Eligibility

To register and play on Krikeya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Krikeya or any of its affiliated game providers.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Krikeya platform.

Krikeya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player cannot provide satisfactory verification, Krikeya may suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Age Restriction: Krikeya takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on Krikeya. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Krikeya uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts found, with balances subject to review.

When registering on Krikeya, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Krikeya account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Krikeya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Krikeya support immediately.

  • One account per player — no exceptions.
  • All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Krikeya may require identity verification before processing withdrawals.
  • Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Krikeya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Krikeya account.

Deposits on Krikeya are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Krikeya is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact Krikeya support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Krikeya may request supporting documents before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players regardless of account history. Verified accounts typically experience faster withdrawal processing.

  • Deposits are final once confirmed — they cannot be reversed by the player.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
  • Krikeya does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Funds in your Krikeya account do not earn interest.
  • Krikeya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification or investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

Krikeya offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and game-specific promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer.

Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your Krikeya account. Real money is used first when placing bets unless a specific bonus is actively applied. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance.

  • Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
  • Krikeya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • If Krikeya determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through exploitation of a system error, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity window stated in the promotion terms.
Abuse Warning: Krikeya monitors bonus usage patterns. Accounts that show signs of bonus abuse — including systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear bonus requirements — may have bonuses removed and access to future promotions restricted.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on Krikeya are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the game rules explicitly state otherwise.

Krikeya uses certified random number generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. Game outcomes are determined at the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed on Krikeya, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, Krikeya will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state recorded on the server at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. Krikeya's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

  • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be reversed.
  • Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems — results are genuinely random.
  • Krikeya is not responsible for losses resulting from player disconnection during a game session.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Krikeya platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with Krikeya games or systems.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage must be reported to Krikeya support immediately.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
  • Using a Krikeya account to launder money or process funds on behalf of a third party.
  • Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Providing false identity information or using another person's payment method without their consent.
  • Attempting to access another player's Krikeya account without authorisation.
  • Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players on the platform.
Zero Tolerance: Krikeya operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, cheating, and money laundering. Accounts involved in any of the above will be permanently closed and funds will be withheld pending investigation.

Suspension and Account Closure

Krikeya reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. Reasonable cause includes but is not limited to suspected fraud, identity issues, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Krikeya support. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to the Responsible Gaming section of the platform, which provides dedicated self-exclusion tools separate from standard account closure.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after the resolution of all pending bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Limitation of Liability

Krikeya provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While Krikeya makes every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krikeya's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Krikeya is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

  • Krikeya is not responsible for losses resulting from player error, including incorrect bet placement.
  • Krikeya is not liable for losses caused by third-party payment provider delays or failures.
  • Krikeya is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from player winnings — players are responsible for their own tax compliance.

Privacy and Data

Krikeya collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on Krikeya, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Krikeya uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Krikeya does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required.
